RETURNS


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Defective Items: In the rare instance that you receive a defective item, we are more than happy to process a return or provide a refund. Simply reach out to our customer service team with details and photos of the issue, and we’ll swiftly assist you in making it right.

Made Just for You: Our commitment to sustainability and thoughtful production practices means that we create your products on demand instead of in bulk. This personalized approach ensures that each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. While this means it may take a bit longer for your order to reach you, it significantly reduces overproduction and contributes to a more sustainable future.

Refunds:
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at info@kawaiionly.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Exchanges:
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at info@kawaiionly.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!

Important Note: Please note that, aside from defective items or errors on our end, we currently only process returns or refunds in these specific cases. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the high quality and integrity of our products.

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund.

If the product is already being processed, we will, unfortunately, be unable to cancel the order.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with all their tags still attached.
  • All items must be returned with their original boxes.
  • We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US
  • Customized items cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, and certain products cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact.
  • Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted and may not be refunded.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us a photo of the item(s) at info@kawaiionly.com so we may verify the damage.
  • If you received an incorrect item, please provide a photo of the item(s) incorrectly received. We recommend referring to your confirmation email to confirm that the item received does not match what was ordered.
  • If an incorrect item or size was received, please be sure to properly indicate this in the form so your request can be efficiently and correctly processed.
    Kawaiionly.com only accepts unused items with all tags or labels still attached. Returns sent in used or worn conditions will not be accepted and may not be refunded.

REFUND

In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by kawaiionly.com in case of returns.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 30 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense.

If items are returned back to us by the courier or destroyed due to an incorrect address, we can only provide a refund for the product’s price and not for the shipping fee.

We do not bear the round-trip shipping
If an item in your order was damaged in transit! Please send us an email at info@kawaiionly.com with your order number, full name, and an image of the damaged item and we’ll be happy to help you!

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUND REQUESTS FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
